01 — Conveyor Systems
Conveyor Systems
Gravity when the grade does the work, powered when it doesn't. Mini-roller and skate-wheel gravity, heavy-duty roller for steel racks, slider-bed and belt-driven live roller, blue steel gravity parts handling, and steel belt conveyor in pitches from 2.5 to 9 inches, plain through cleated with welded impact plates. We've laid out pallet-flow systems running 132 lanes across four levels, and carton-flow pick lines for line-side assembly.
02 — Material Handling Equipment
Material Handling Equipment
The containers and hardware that move parts between operations and hold them when they're waiting. Heavy-duty rigid wire baskets, folding and collapsible baskets, clearview containers, drop-bottom boxes, and wire decking that turns open rack into usable shelf. Built to take a forklift and a few thousand cycles.
03 — Reusable Packaging & Dunnage
Reusable Packaging & Dunnage
Returnable packaging that pays for itself over a program instead of hitting the dumpster after one trip. Straight-wall and stack-and-nest totes, plastic bulk containers from 32x30 up to 70-inch extended length, reusable corrugated boxes and stackable totes, and custom dunnage: divider inserts, layer pads, corrugated sleeves, and vacuum-formed trays cut to cradle a specific part. We prototype in wood or aluminum before committing to tooling, single-sheet or twin-sheet HDPE.
04 — Steel Racks & Special Fabrication
Steel Racks & Special Fabrication
When the part won't ship in anything standard, we design and build the rack for it. Bedliner racks, ring racks, muffler racks, tower rail racks, and one-off fabrications from a print or a prototype. Design and prototype in-house, then production.
05 — Storage Rack & Mezzanines
Storage Rack & Mezzanines
Get more out of the square footage you already have. Pallet flow and drive-in rack, wire decking, tilted pick shelf, deck-span track, and modular flow-through workstations. Structural and standard mezzanines with in-plant office space underneath add a second level without touching the roof.
06 — Ergonomic Equipment & Plant Operations
Ergonomic Equipment & Plant Operations
Equipment that takes strain off your people and keeps the floor organized. Lift-and-tilt tables, standard lift tables, container dumpers including drop-door units, and over/under bulk container systems. On the plant-operations side: cribbing and guarding, safety-yellow bollards and rail, and in-plant offices for shipping, receiving, and maintenance, cribbed and lockable.
